Fever with vomiting

My 7 yrs old son has mild fever and vomiting after each eating or drinking . He drank juice and milk and vomited after 5 min . Milk was curdy . I have given him ferrous phos 30c . Please advice .

give him FERRUM METALLICUM 200c,
2 doses at gap of 20 minutes each,

nothing 30 minutes before and after medicine,
