nux vomica
to all experts here listening, if a patient for his symptoms described is given only ONE dose a day upon rising in morning of nux vomica for three days , and those symptoms the patient had been experiencing get worse, is that a good sign? how many days would the effect last after doses have been stopped.Please can you advise. Thanks

Good time for taking nux dose is in the evening or at night or an hour before retiring to bed. In mornings it may aggravate. According to Boericke, it will work for 1-7 days. But the working period may vary according to the type of complaint, strength of patient etc.
