Also, going back prior to May 8th, sometime in March when I really started doing a lot of the dowsing work, before I started having a lot of trouble sleeping and then the trauma on that date of course, I was having lots of pain in my wrists, which seemed somewhat like carpel tunnel, I mean I could hardly type, it was really bad. And I had never had anything that bad before. I would say it was an aching pain. And I attributed it to the stress of doing the stuff I was doing, dowsing/psychic stuff.

Okay, will do. May not post back until later tomorrow night, but will keep track of everything I notice and let you know.

Also should tell you that as I was sitting here, just a few minutes ago, had a sharp pain in penis. Sudden, sharp, somewhat like the sharp pain in chest and disappeared immediately. Lasted only a split second.

It's really strange. It gets to the point where I don't know whether this stuff is important or if I'm just tuning in too much to everything that's happening. I don't want to obesses, but don't want to miss anything important either that could be a clue.

Different than the sharp burning pain on urination.

Also maybe 15-20 minutes or so prior to that, had a sharp pain in the right ear.

Also with the head being light and the energy being below head and draining sensation there was a kind of burning in the nose again, right nostril.

The ear pain only lasted a short bit.

Felt like there was slight congestion. Later on noticed itching in ear with some congestion of ear, as if blocked, but very minor blockage.

Once itching of ear went away, then itching down in groin area several minutes later.

Right side groin area only.

Hmm, I can't remember ever having that particular sequence other than maybe now I'm just paying more attention to it.

I remember awhile back posting to you about the ear pain in right ear, I believe that was after the Medorrhinum.

Yeah, and the jerking on going to sleep, don't remember if I mentioned or not, but that is something that has gone on most of my life. My dad has it too.

ALmost as if there were a plug in my ear. Again, I've had this sensation before, I think prior to May 8th when I was having all the ear blockage issues.

With sensation of dying, not all the time, but I'd say at least once a week, maybe twice, have the sensation that all my senses are going to stop, like my hearing is shutting down, vision is getting dimmer, don't think that it actually is, but have that sensation with scared that I'm going to die. Like, okay, here it goes, losing consciousness.

Also sharp pain in the back of my head, on right side, where those knobs are in the back of your head, the parts that stick out. Have had that before too and it's probably been a month or so since had and been going on my whole life, remember having those things from time to time, can't really say how often.

Pain in the back of head would have been around 11:30, somewhere around there.

Okay, not sure what to say about the spigelia. I know I have that, not sure what potency, most likely a 30c, so I'll probably have to wait till monday to get it.

It does seem that we might need to go based on the clues we get even if they are ever so little ones to hopefully lead us to the right remedy. Or maybe just a process rather than getting the right one. At parents for supper now, so I'll check my bag in the car and see what I have of Spigelia. Definitely think if we're going to do that the 6c is a good choice, at least eliminate prolonged action of the remedy if incorrect to as minimial degree as possible. I kept thinking about how the sharp pains kept moving from one place to another, which is like a pulsatilla picture. do any other remedies cover that as well as pulsatilla? Or is Pulsatilla a different type of pain moving?

But yeah, Spiegelia covers the specific of the pain on inspiration. Something else which I didn't mention is that normally I have that sensation on the left side and always worry about heart, so didn't think about the fact it was on the other side this time.

Okay, I've got Spigelia 1C, not sure where I picked that one up, but have acquired various remedies over the years. Will get 6c Monday (as long as the health food store has it) if you still think I should give it a shot. Will get Mag Phos too.

Hey John, speaking of Ignatia, I happened to notice the other day in my Repertory that Ignatia is indicated for Insomnia from Hunger. That is huge for me. If I don't eat something before I goto bed I can guarantee you I won't be able to sleep well.
